we do begin with breaking news this morning are the alameda county sheriff's department and oakland county police are at a stand-off. this is a live look at the picture. we see officers on the scene. it looks to be in a residential area. a spokesman tells us the civil unit was serving some sort of papers in an apartment complex there. a deputy went inside. there was a man in a bed with a gun. now, the deputy backed off and reportedly no shots were fired. but they are evacuating that apartment complex in that area. once again, the 3700 block of fruitvale avenue in oakland. we'll continue to follow that story as
